5. If DISM can’t obtain the files from the internet, then use the installation DVD or USB. Insert the installation USB or DVD and type: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:RepairSourceWindows /LimitAccess
6. Instead of ”C:RepairSourceWindows”, type the path of installation DVD or USB.

8. Reinstall Windows

If none of the aforementioned things worked then the last resort is to reinstall Windows. There may be something else that keeps raising the CPU temperature. So, a fresh Windows installation might be the best option available to fix this issue.
